I phoned Stephenson & Threader Insurance just last Saturday to make an enquiry about their policies, I found the lady who answered the phone very polite and helpful and thankfully, also knowledgeable and thorough in asking the right questions to find the right policy to suit my situation. I learned that, usually, policies are for one year minimum and the shortest policies are for three months. Wonderful customer service at this well-established company and I would definitely give 5/5 stars! Thank you!
