First time going here today as I needed my nails doing last minute. I don’t know how many times I had to say that my nails weren’t shaped the same or no where near the same length. Even after filing them multiple times, I’ve had to come home and reshape them myself. Also because one of my natural nails had fallen off, I asked for a single acrylic which after just a few hours is already bending and will probably come off soon. My cuticle is also really sore where the acrylic was applied. The gel colour itself is lovely but I definitely won’t be going back as they seem so unorganised.
AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Down to bad practice or dirty unsterilised equipment!!!!!!! After going to the doctors i am now having to go to hospital to have blood test and possible my nail taken off…. heart broken is an understatement
